REFUNDS

La Loutre Expeditions understands that our clients may cancel trips for a good reason, for health, an accident, unforeseen events or any other case of urgency, we just want to make sure you understand that La Loutre Expeditions pays for services in advance, such as entrance fees to the reserve and park which range between $20 – $50 per person, and the guides we work with are given a no-show fee, so in case of cancellation 30 days before we can refund 100% of the prepayment, less than one month up to 15 days before arrival, 50% of the prepayment.

Less than 15 days there is no refund.
