DAY 1: The adventure begins - Canopy -Zip Line (Tyrolean Traverse) - Kayak (Canoeing) - Caiman Tour
Thinking about your comfort and safety, we will pick you up at the Terminal or Airport and transfer you to the EXPEDITIONS OFFICE. Then we will go to Puerto Capitania where we will take a boat that will take us to the lodge to get settled in our respective rooms, then we will proceed to our active Zip line and Canopy, Then we return to the lodge to enjoy our delicious lunch and take a short break and then begin our next activity which would be the visit to the island of monkeys where we have as a specie the capuchin monkey (Cebus) and we can feed and take pictures, finishing the visit we will do the next activity which is kayaking (canoeing) in the river and then return to the lodge and take a short break and start our Caiman tour activity where we will appreciate the following species the intimidating black caiman (Melanosuchus niger), the Spectacled Caiman (Caiman crocodile), the Smooth-fronted Caiman (Paleosuchus trigonatus) and the Dwarf Caiman (Paleosuchus palpebrosus) finishing the caiman tour we return to the lodge to enjoy our delicious dinner and then to rest.
DAY 2: Tambopata National Reserve - Sandoval Lake - RETURN TO THE CITY
Very early we will have breakfast to catch our boat that will take us to the Tambopata National Reserve, we will hike in the jungle to know the great immensity of flora and fauna that presents the Tambopata National Reserve, we will observe huge trees with more than 600 or 800 years old and know medicinal plants that are usually used by local people; after the walk when we arrive to the Sandoval Lake to look for animals such as Giant Otters, Monkeys of various species, Squirrels, Caimans, Snakes, Birds and more. Then we return to the boat that will take us to the city of Puerto Maldonado ending our tour.
